Fix relative import in plugins #2

This fixes a regression with Replace Deprecated API's tibonihoo/yapsy#11 , when trying to import a plugin as a directory, it introduces the same behavior as the deprecated imp module.
Fixes can't load plugins with relative imports anymore tibonihoo/yapsy#21 .

Note: This PR depends on tibonihoo#20

**Note:** For some reason the assertion do not fail locally
