The morphological reconstruction needs to be flipped upside down and the clustering example needs to be updated. Would also be nice to add more linkable subheadings and an index.

Hey @wbwakeman , I think I have this fixed but it looks like you are close to releasing rc/1.7.0. Which branch would you prefer I work off for the PR?

Hi @wesley-jones That sounds great. You are correct that 1.7 will be released soon. At that time we will make a 1.8 release candidate branch. It would be best to target that branch
