how can I get the brain surface dorsal-ventral ccf coordinates for different probes?

Different probes across mice have different anterior-posterior, left-right coordinates. Due to the curvature of the brain, the brain surface should have different DV coordinates for different AP, LR coordinates. Is there a way to find the surface coordinates so that we know which layer those units are located? Thank you.
