Support for Gradle v8
Support for Android Gradle plugin v8
Remove unnecessary guava dependency
Support newer versions of Kotlin
Switch to version catalog

Once merged, Aliucord core can also be updated to use newer gradle version and features, along with a much needed Kotlin update


          migrate to gradle catalog and update dependencies
