@Barthelemy is it a known issue that the user metadata of QOs is not displayed in the QCG? For example with the changes here I am adding a QO to http://ccdb-test.cern.ch:8080/browse/qc/TRD/QO/RawDataCheck with some meta data set. I see it there, but when navigating to the same QO in the https://qcg-test.cern.ch/?page=objectTree the meta data seems empty. What's worse for me is that I would like to use the meta data to display some information on the plot upon call to beautify(), but there the meta data of the checkResult object is empty. Do you know why this might be the case?

Hi,

I understand that you have added metadata to the QualityObject and you can confirm in ccdb-test that it is there.

However, you encounter 2, distinct issues:

1. qcg does not display the metadata
2. beautify() cannot access the metadata in checkResult

I think that you are the first person to use this feature :-)

Ad 1. Please create a ticket for the QCG in the OGUI project, this is a bug.
Ad 2. This is a most probably a bug. I have created a ticket : https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/QC-1131
