I think we also have to include current account abstraction efforts from multiple wallets like Leo Wallet, Puzzle, Avail etc. such as proof delegations, records handling, account syncing, multisigs and more that are built to provide better UX.

@zklim I would say "account abstraction" in and of itself is just how to abstract an externally owned account to a smart contract account. What you're mentioning are just mechanisms/efforts to make user experience better, which I'm not against there being mention of but I think there place is in a separate blog or doc.

In my view the whole point of account abstraction is to provide better user experience in term of having an on-chain account.

However I do agree that it can be categorised into sub-categories that falls under merely smart contract accounts / others. For example multisig is already a smart account itself and social login could be "others". From what I saw, other chains do consider social login as account abstraction too.
