This Miniscope DAQ Software is currently under active development. Its functional state at initial release should fully replace the previous Miniscope software, supporting all previous features along with improved stability and interfaces.

Most of the features we are currently working on are listed below. If you have additional suggests please let us know.

Real-time image registration of Miniscope streams.
Behavior camera calibration with real-time, real-world object tracking for one to many cameras.
Real-time experiment control for common behavioral assays.
Port our GPU accelerated time trace display from Python.
