Error and How do you open addon

How do you open the addon there is no minimap button I have disabled every addon and still no button.

ALso receive the following error in WoW Cataclsysm

The issue above should be fixed. Still note it's an LDB display addons, for example my addon:

Note that there should be a minimap button with it as well (but I haven't tested this in a long time so I'll make sure that still works). With the error above though it wouldn't run correctly.
