Opportuner stops AI from planning inside a weak frame. It maps where your idea holds value in how things actually work, shows better options, then lets you plan.
Context value first. Better options second. Plans last.
No roadmap, build plan, or tool shopping list until the value map and elevations are done and you pick (or hard-override).
If a run jumps to implementation, it is not an Opportuner run.
An agent skill. You drop SKILL.md into your tool and invoke /opportuner (or ask it to run Opportuner) on a live direction.
It treats your current idea as location, not as something to mock. It maps fit under real conditions. It elevates options. It stops at a gate.

- Where you are (L0) — accept the stated direction
- How this domain actually works — mechanisms, not vendor logos
- Where it holds / where it does not — contextual value map
- Better options — elevations, including a contrast trap
- Gate — you choose. Only then may a plan exist
Serious runs also carry tensions, multi-sided jobs, falsifiers, create/capture, and a 60-second synthesis. The contract is in SKILL.md.

unknown. - This repo does not execute code, call APIs, or score your idea in CI.
