Main changes:

Multiple targets detection (110+ platform descriptions).
Added extra information about TargetID (USBID & mbed.htm) in JSON output.
Added target unique name per host system; TARGET_NAME[index] notation.
Added debug output; CLI switch -d.
Added unit tests to check basic porting features.
