Experimental RestCord Build

DO NOT USE ON PRODUCTION SYSTEMS

This is an experimental build using the RestCord library instead of my own API implementation.

If that goes well, I'll keep using it and focus more on building actual features.
If it doesn't go well, this will be completely discarded (there will be NO upgrade path from this release).

If you are using the git source, do not forget to run composer install --no-dev, I attached the packages tar file here already.
