Summary

Minimal update to Networks and assets for the supported-networks refactor (PE-8379), keeping the page's existing shape (headings, anchors, network names, list order all preserved):

  • Intro now carries the tier definitions (Full: all features available; Partial: the static hedged caveat), the enable-any-listed-network rule, and balances are shown for enabled networks only
  • Lists match the shipped registry: Robinhood Chain moves to partially supported (its accounting flag is off); feature-flagged networks (HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain) stay listed, annotated (gradual rollout) with a one-line explanation
  • The Send/Asset-recovery table is replaced by a plain list; bridged sends to Solana/Relay destinations get their own Sending to other networks section
  • New Browser extension and WalletConnect section: both work on any enabled network, regardless of tier (extension page updated to match)
  • New Programmatic access section: splits chains list / splits chains get and GET /public/v1/chains (Read scope), noting gradual-rollout networks are excluded from the endpoint
  • Separate commit (PE-8376): removes the sunset Asset recovery section from Swaps; the flow no longer exists in the client

Rewrites networks-and-assets around the capability/tier model: Full and
Partial tier lists from the shipped registry, a gradual-rollout section
for feature-flagged networks (HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain), org-level
enable/disable including partial networks, balances on enabled networks
only, asset discovery replacing the Recover Assets flow, and a
Programmatic access section covering splits chains and GET
/public/v1/chains.

Retires bare 'supported network' phrasing on inbound pages, removes the
sunset Asset recovery section from Swaps, and fixes the changing-signers
anchor to point at /accounts/editing.

Expresses the tier model on the existing page shape: tier definitions in
the intro, enable-any-listed-network and balances-on-enabled-only rules,
registry-accurate lists (Robinhood Chain to partial, gradual-rollout
annotations for feature-flagged networks), the sunset asset-recovery
table replaced by a plain list plus asset discovery, and a Programmatic
access section for splits chains and GET /public/v1/chains. The
extension works on every enabled network regardless of tier.

The Recover Assets flow is removed from the client; its replacement
(asset discovery for listed-but-not-enabled networks) is documented on
the networks page.
