Texture Packs Automatically shut off

Android: 4.4.2
Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Sprint - Sph-L900
Rooted: No
Problem: When I activate a texture pack, and in launcher options turn texture packs on, then I leave the launcher options, the texture doesn't activate, and when I go back into the launcher options the texture pack option is off. Hope this information helps, and hope it gets fixed. Thank you Zhuowei :3
