[Bug] Microsoft platform not working with v5.50 #232
Comments
@cengelha are you aware of this? |
@Edgaras91 Yes, don't worry. Even if I am not that active otherwise, when an update drops, I have an eye on everything that comes in, but there might be no immediate reaction on something ;) PS: Fix for that is almost done already :) |
Hey @cengelha, any ETA on the new release? Really want to play this update :) |
@Edgaras91 Hopefully later today! There was an other unforeseen issue that took some time to resolve. If not today, at the weekend at the latest. |
Description
Version 5.50 just came out, but the tool doesn't detect UWP save games.
I want to convert GoG to UWP (I was playing GoG version before this update).
What's interesting, is I deleted all old UWP saves using the tool, but the UWP game still detects what seems to be a GoG save (last used is same as GoG) but the game plays last UWP save I ever played (even when I deleted it).
I suspect there is something special about new major release, that it mixes saves with GoG in some way.
I created a new save in UWP, but that didn't appear anywhere in the tool.
EDIT: The save path is this for UWP: C:\Users\edgar\AppData\Local\Packages\HelloGames.NoMansSky_bs190hzg1sesy\
Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Start No Man Sky 5.50 version, start a new game/save.
Save and quit the game
turn on the tool, the save won't be auto-detected.
Expected Behavior
To be able to see the UWP save, to transfer from GoG save
