Description

I cannot Remove settlement from NomNom editor. It has a bottun to do so but it appears right back

Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Planetary Settlement'
Click on 'shortcut bottun'
select and remove

Expected Behavior

it must be removed forever from the save.
