Sidebar/Tab Bar navigation buttons overflow

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

Sidebar navigation buttons spill out of the sidebar and onto page contents.

1. Be in non-compact mode, with the tab bar collapsed (alt + B)
2. Enable compact mode
3. Press alt + B to uncollapse the tab/sidebar

The navigation buttons in the sidebar now spill on to the web site.
