Fix toolbar and sidebar height and width

sorry i didn't know which category this goes into so i post here, the minimize/maximize/close buttons poke out the toolbar and idk if this is intentional but the close button doesn't go right to the corner which is personally very annoying for me

also the floating sidebar has a small gap on the top which is also very annoying

my screen is 1800p 16:10
