The RGB test seems completely corrupted on color, while the DUV test works at first but also looks busted.

To Repro:
Start the Validation Disc and run the RGB test. Witness the image is totally corrupted and unrecognizable. e.g. https://youtu.be/VVdTIm_rTFE
