- Removed reading defaults from checkboxes due to constraints with new version of Gooey
- Updated requirements.txt to include Gooey v.1.0.4.0.0.0 as WXPython had a breaking change (wxWidgets/Phoenix#1612). Gooey 1.0.4.0.0.0 downgraded WXPython dependency fixing issue
