[BUG] [1.12.2]Item Texture For Hook Modifying Station Messes Up With Chisels and Bits Mod Installed

Describe the bug
The hook modifying table's texture is just gone when I have the chisel and bits mod installed

To Reproduce
Install Chisels and Bits and install grappling hook mod then load the game up

Additional context
I have some texture packs enabled but I'm not too sure that's an issue since they only effect base MC and some other mods. Along with that it only happens when I have Chisels and Bits and Grappling Hook installed together.
