你好，我在 siyuan-gitbook-azure 的基础上进行了修改了代码，由于这个库上面没有标注 License，所以，想请问一下，我能否把我修改后的代码上传到 Github 上来？

当然可以, 我这个也是基于别的主题(参考readme)爆改的, 后来忙就没有继续维护了;

license的事情 - 我就不真的添加license了, 就口头这么一说吧 :)
