Feature: Time range #2

Hi!
Nice component, I´m testing it with Tailwind and it works perfect. I have a suggestion though, it would be nace to be able to select a time/hour range, lets say, from 9 to 17. Because with the current release, it always starts at hours that might not be often used for most calendars, and also looks like an empty calendar, while theres data, until scroll of course.
