Legion hivelords will runtime on faction checks because somehow one mob's faction got set to 3? #22971

Short Description

How does a mob's faction get set to the integer 3? That I'm not sure of.

Reproduction

See 55113 runtime logs. Mainly making this so I'll remember later to look into it (or not).

Semi-important to look into since it's creating 2000 runtimes.
