When power outgage happened it does not connect to the network.

ZigStar LAN adapter with almost latest firmware .
Model: ZigStar LAN
Firmware: 20240914.
Hardware: ESP32-DOWD.
Zigbee:
Role: Coordinator.
Firmware: 20240710
Hardware: CC2652P2_launchpad.

Works without problems in normal mode (LAN).
Does not connect to the network when the power outage happened.
Have to turn off and turn on the power manually.
Static IP is registered.
Is it possible to make a delay or reconnect to the network after a certain period of time in the cycle?

I have USG-01 and it connects to the network without problems after power outages, but my sister has ZigStar LAN and it does not connect.
