Why RequestedThemeChanged only works on Application.Current.UserAppTheme = OSAppTheme.Unspecified;?

@PureWeen I can not reproduce it on a new project but trying to figure it out what's broke it.

If click the "Change to Dark Theme" or "Change to Light Theme" buttons and after use cmd + shift + A for change device theme, App.Current.RequestedThemeChanged not firing after first time.
Edit : The strange thing is that the code runs correctly first and then breaks down, even though all the changes were rolled back.

I have similar issue with Android, RequestedThemeChanged is firing only once. I change theme one more time and nothing happens.
