The exact logic of this needs discussion. This ties into more hands on approach to managing tiles and products (if a sen2cor or sen2agri l2a for a product exists, then don't redo the processing to create those products, indicate that those products exist on the GUI). This is a big problem, needs major work, will probably happen when the state management is moved to a db and redux store.
