Introduced in wp-cli/wp-cli#6070 / v2.12.0

Can also update the WP_CLI_EARLY_REQUIRE documentation to mention adding multiple files with comma.

There are a few of these I've been meaning to do:
wp-cli/wp-cli#6057 introduces two new env var

And there is another open PR or two which attempts to introduce more.
