Does not work for version 2.1 vCards

The parser does not support the older 2.1 vCards. For instance, in these vCards the "TYPE=" is missing, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCard#vCard_2.1

As a consequence, the "types" in the JSON are empty arrays.

Aside from this, this parser was the best I found so far. Unfortunately, I cannot use it due its missing 2.1 compatibility.
