Don't use cache if endpoint return 404 on external data visualisation

If a user opens the external data of eg IMS of IPAM reference ID, the data is cached by the orchestrator-ui.

If the subscription is being terminated after this inspection, the IPAM and IMS field can still be opened and shows the old data even though the endpoint returns a 404.
