Logs, traces, should be uploadable somehow for maintainer inspection #117
Description
(1) -- #83 needs to get progressed -- it would be especially cool if this enables looking at traces from web3.js generally, sometimes auto-instrument can pull that type of data in. then we could visualize traces in Jaeger and related tools, which would be kinda cool
(2) -- there needs to be a UI like Docker desktop has to upload bug report data -- collect the local logs, etc. and send them somewhere.
