Some issues

I appreciate the work you did on this to get the replay mod to a working state. I am currently trying it myself after following all of the instructions. I was able to load up my recordings without the game crashing, but scrubbing doesn't really work that well (it just appears to reset the recording but it doesn't actually reset it and the position in time stays the same). Also, whenever my character opens an inventory in the recording, it also opens a blank inventory in the replay. See attached video

Also, when trying to click on the beginning of the timeline, the replay "reloads" but loads at the end of the recording so you have to go back to the main menu if you ever want to scrub the timeline.
