Karma chart should specify .Release.namespace for manifests

For users who render manifests we require that the namespace is rendered as part of the manifest. If not when installed it could be put into the wrong namespace without this metadata. Would you take a PR that adds this to the manifest?

Sure, I can make it optional, but what is your concern with the field not being optional? It should not cause any backward incompatibility?
