Hello!
I have several WS2019 RDSH servers (terminal servers) and can't get anything in Services Tab at any of them - this tab is empty.

Is there a binary value named Security in the ServiceGroupOrder key?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ServiceGroupOrder\Security

no, only "list" reg_multi_sz key

I'm really sorry, but I can't reproduce the issue at this moment - all work fine!
