Display DACL SDDL for named pipes

Description of the feature, modification, idea or suggestion

Tools > System > Named Pipes lists all named pipes. It will be helpful to display DACL of the named pipe as SDDL. This will be helpful in debugging scenarios when named pipe has a security descriptor which needs to be figured out.

Also, allow copying values from the named pipes dialog
