Function get to get chain by ID

In every single project in which I use Viem, I end up defining a getter like this:

export const getChainById = (chainId: string | number): Chain | undefined => {
  const numericChainId = typeof chainId === "string" ? Number(chainId) : chainId;
  return supportedChains.find((chain) => chain.id === numericChainId);
};

It would be helpful if this came out of the box with Viem.

That's somewhat helpful, but it still requires me to manually provide my chains as an input, so I still need an abstraction.
