Please export "ChainBlockExplorer" type

I want to override the "Chain" type provided by Viem with a type that enforces a non-optional blockExplorers field. I need this type:

type ChainBlockExplorer = {
  name: string
  url: string
  apiUrl?: string | undefined
}

In the meantime, I have to hardcode it in my own code base.
