<ul>
<li class="a">Accepted or Rejected + verified
<li class="r">Rejected and not verified
<li class="fo">Formal Objection (There were no formal objections.)
</ul>
<p>An issue can be closed as <code>Accepted</code>, <code>OutOfScope</code>,
<code>Invalid</code>, <code>Rejected</code>, or <code>Retracted</code>.
<code>Verified</code> indicates commentor's acceptance of the response.</p>
