Required for #2475.

Many sites/crawlers don't run javascript to extract meta tags, and with our current front-end deployment setup that'd be required if we want to inject any elements into the <head> that aren't shared between all pages.

Per Discord conversation, we likely want to start with a simpler nginx approach before refactoring the UI build for SSR.
