No wind data using forecast.weather.gov/MapClick

Sorry if this is the wrong place for discussion of the MapClick API.

For a long time now MapClick hasn't been showing wind speed for current observations in the XML version. This has been for maybe a year? Many locations in the western states are affected.

An example from Seattle.

The html version version shows wind speed normally, but the XML / DWML version does not.

Given that it will be some time before the MapClick API is replaced with api.weather.gov, it would be great to have this fixed.
