I would like to discuss adding a replay guideline for audio and video components. This came about when I had to go through HR training. One section had a long video section that dumped a lot of information. After that video had played, it moved on to the next section, with no way to replay. During the quiz portion, the question was asked audio only, no text was associated with the question. Since I could not replay the question or the video, I failed the quiz. Aside from not having proper captions for the A/V, or allowing adjusting the playback speed, those with cognitive limitations can miss content.
