Description
The word gap in Chinese Layout Gap Analysis (clreq-gap) means the separation between the current and the expected, but it could be misunderstood as a literal typographic gap, as in CSS gap: 10px
.
Could we amend the wording in Abstract and eliminate the ambiguity?

Background
We've wrote a clreq-gap for a typesetting software, and people reflected that W3C clreq-gap uses the word gap a lot without explanation.
At first, it sounds literally like a visible gap in the layout output. But then it sounds like shortcomings.
I had the same misunderstanding.
