PostCSS before Sass?

This might seem really weird, but I want to run PostCSS before Sass so I can use SugarSS on SCSS to remove semi colons and braces. I know that there is Sass syntax, but I don't like how much it diverts from CSS syntax - also SugarSS has better support for multiline stuff.

Any chance I can do this with Vueify without using Gulp?
