Replace Yorkie fork for Husky

What problem does this feature solve?

Husky is used in way more projects. Above all Yorkie is '328 commits behind typicode:master.'

Is it still justified to use Yorkie? I think not.

What does the proposed API look like?

Make use of Husky instead of Yorkie

To add, I think that because of some changes (typicode/husky@bdf4ea3) Yorkie doesn't support my use-case, where I have git project /project and vue project in subfolder /project/vue-project. It doesn't install hooks in this case, very frustrated.

I want to add that Husky (v6) should be a lot more user-friendly now that it doesn't use a postinstall script to autoinstall Git hooks anymore: https://blog.typicode.com/husky-git-hooks-autoinstall/

This way it's easy to opt-out by simply removing the prepare script from your package.json, so it doesn't mess with your Git hooks if you don't want/need any of its features.

Currently, @vue/cli-plugin-eslint and @vue/cli-plugin-typescript depend on Yorkie.

Please consider to implement this, for some reason yorkie@2.0.0 brings execa@0.8.0 as a dependency that comes with security issues and, for some reason it get installed when used by new projects.

Is there any way to completely get rid of yorkie (i.e., not replace it with anything; just remove/disable it)? These don't fit our use-case at all and they replace our actual hooks at each install.
