Vue UI: Presets containing prompts crash project creation

Steps to reproduce

1. Run "vue ui" from Git Bash.
2. Create new project from UI.
3. On the "Presets" page, choose "Remote Preset" and enter organization/name of remote preset (ebsone/template, in this case).
4. Continue with project creation.

What is expected?

1. UI prompt "Use TypeScript?"
2. Project is being created.

What is actually happening?

1. No prompt.
2. Project creation stuck indefinitely. "Fetching remote preset..."
