Feature Request: Add performance metrics for disk/CPU/network/memory for host servers

This is related to "How to get disk, memory usage of each vm #147"

Software level in use: vSphere-Automation-SDK 1.32.0

Please implement the performance APIs currently allowed via pyvomi.

To be specific, we need access to the following Host metrics

1. Memory details and use
2. CPU details and use
3. Network details and I/O usage
4. HBA & Disk details & I/O usage
5. Datastore metrics (host level connection)
