Tanzu plugin version should report git sha + date as part of the version

Bug description

When tanzu <plugin.foo> version is run, ideally we would get version + git sha + date so we can be more certain obout the actual version of the plugin running.

Noting that tanzu describe <plugin.name> does help this, but is perhaps not as clear (could be reminded in the help text when tanzu plugin version is invoked).
