Need to fix TKG Integration tests CAPD (ClusterClass)

Bug description

TKG Integration tests CAPD has some issues (details) that we need to get it fixed.

• Test CAPD cc and non-cc integ test fixes #3933 fixed the issue for non-ClusterClass.
• Temporarily disable CAPD integration tests from CI workflow #3938 temporarily disabled the TKG Integration tests CAPD (ClusterClass) from CI workflow.

After the issue gets fixed, we need reenable TKG Integration tests CAPD (ClusterClass) from CI workflow.

TKG Integration tests CAPD (ClusterClass) from CI workflow passes.

• Enable TKG Integration tests CAPD (ClusterClass) from CI workflow
• Submit any PR, and the TKG Integration tests CAPD (ClusterClass) will fail

Version (include the SHA if the version is not obvious)

Environment where the bug was observed (cloud, OS, etc)

Relevant Debug Output (Logs, manifests, etc)
