Added the
ci_v7xmodule. Compared to theci_v6emodule, only theruntime_versionis different. This part could be merged into a single module in the future, but due to the module naming and uncertainty about whether the startup scripts for both will differ, a new module folder has been added for now.Before testing, please add an agent queue named "tpu_v7_queue" to Buildkite (the suitability of this name can also be discussed).
