手续费和订阅折抵费用不显示 #3

在 R1.6 版本中，手续费还是不正常，首次付款在订单详情页，显示的手续费都是 0，如果跳转后不支付，又回来原订单刷新，有概率这个手续费会显示。测试是多个支付并存，设置了两个支付方式有手续费，另外两个没有，但亲测都是第一次支付每个都会显示 0 手续费。

开发者你好，金流支付里面最感觉不自然的，是那个订阅折抵不显示，手续费随机显示就算了，金额不大，但是订阅折抵不显示，在支付过程所有项目都是 0，也就是说介面上只会看到比如新套餐 10 元，我需要支付 2 元，这种情况，付款的人会觉得挺莫名其妙的。请问可以让订阅折抵费用正常显示吗
