Since the latest version most movies work in 1080p again, thanks! But some movies crash with error code M7353-5101 instead to fall back to a lower resolution if 1080p isn't possible.

Some movies which crash for me are The Martian and Annihilation (German Netflix).

Addon Version: 1.7
Firefox: Nightly 65
OS: Linux Mint 19

I got the same errors on The good place and Friends. My wife just went into a frenzy and canceled the netflix subscription. Can't blame her - Netflix are suckers because they can't deliver 1080p on Firefox or Chrome out of the box. I propose a BIG SHAME NETFLIX logo in the readme. I will try Amazon Video now maybe they are better?...

Amazon Prime needs HDCP support for most of the shows and movies (So no HD on Linux). Otherwise it will deliver SD quality. However, 1080p works out of the box if available on Prime.

Same here, I get the M7353-5101 error when I try to watch Green Room with the plugin enabled (for Netflix LatAm).

I heard it is an issue with some edge profile which they cannot solve yet.

@NoXPhasma What about 5.1 surround?
Last I checked it worked with the Netflix addon, but Prime Video app doesn't even support surround so I've had to use a Kodi addon with synced playback in the background to get 5.1

@ThreeDeeJay My comment is 6 years old, not sure how that applies to anything these days. I don't use Prime Video and have no idea what it supports. As for this addon, it doesn't work for me for quite some time, so dunno.
